1. You have been selected as the Malaysian nominee for the Favorite Asian Sports Star award at Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards 2016 – how do you feel about possibly inspiring kids all around the world with your efforts and achievements?
I’m very honoured to be nominated by Nickelodeon for the award. Hopefully, I can be one of the people who are able to prove that as long as you try your best in whatever you do, someone out there is definitely watching and your efforts will not go to waste.
2. What would be your acceptance speech if you win?
Firstly, I will definitely thank God for the blessing and Nickelodeon for the acknowledgement
towards my sport career. I couldn’t have achieved what I have now without the support from my family, friends, coaches, and all of my supporters.

1. Which Nickelodeon character can you relate to and why?
I think I can relate to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles because my purpose in life is almost the
same as the four ninja turtles, which is to make a difference in the world and help to make it a better place for everyone.
2. What do you do on days you don’t train?
I mostly rest in the room when there is no training.
3. What do you love doing besides diving?
I love to travel. I love to explore new places and make new friends at the same time.
4. What is something about yourself that you think would be surprising to a lot of people?
I tend to forget where I put my things even if it’s just for a while and I speak Mandarin.
5. What is your guilty pleasure?
Chocolate
6. Are you an extrovert or introvert?
I’m more of an introvert.
